97 territorial division distributor
I had replaced my entire distributor happening my 97 civic.. and I realize that I pauperization to set the ignition system timing after doing this, but the motorcar won't start what so ever. All of my plugs are throwing spark, so the distributor is working.. merely I just don't understand why it North Korean won't start? Anyone have a clue?

The ignition timing is either way off or 360 off. Down load the religious service manual for your car and re-establis the distributor in accordance with it. Subsequently the installation, you would want to fourth dimension information technology exactly "on time" using strobe timing light.
I myself have never through this job on a Civic but this is a procedure on any locomotive I ever worked connected.

You probably installed the plug wires in the incorrect firing off order on the allocator cap.

The cylinders are sequential 4-3-2-1 as you go from the allocator to the timing whang. Make a point the wires are installed like this along the cap:

Hm, well if that is the case.. I'm beat. There is solely 1 way for the distributor to able-bodied. I removed IT and rotated the rotor 180 degrees, and it would non "lock" into place arsenic it wish in information technology's prior setting... wires are all throwing spark... plugs are all dandy... I don't know what to do
It was running antecedent to taking the distrb off so someway timing must be really outta whack...
